Starting August 1, 2013, I will no longer provide refunds or free replacements for packages that are addressed correctly AND have left the United States. If the address is incorrect, or the package is held up or lost within the US Postal Service, I will still provide a free replacement or refund. To see if a package has left the United States, enter the tracking number on the USPS website. The point of departure is the International Mail Sorting Facility in Chicago, IL. If the item has passed through that facility, it has left the U.S.
